It is always a moving experience to hear and interpret music where Clara and Robert Schumann once made music, premiered their own works and played compositions by their companions and friends. The programs of the “Schumanns Salon” concert series are as varied as the musical life of the Schumanns on Inselstrasse.
Elisabeth Trissenaar reads from Clara Schumann's (love) letters to Theodor Kirchner on the occasion of the composer's 200th birthday - musically accompanied by compositions by Clara Schumann, Theodor Kirchner and Robert Schumann.
